In order to help our veterinary staff accurately assess your patient's current health status, we ask that prior to referral that you please complete our 'West Los Angeles Animal Hospital Referral Form” located at the link below. Please note that our referral form is interactive. You may type your responses directly into the form, save to your computer, then submit by email to: [email protected]. Optionally, you may print out the referral form, handwrite your entries and return by fax to: Fax # 310-979-5400. Pertinent medical records may also be emailed or faxed along with the referral form. If you need assistance, have questions or wish to discuss your patient's case prior to referral, please call our hospital and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you.
Our hospital offers a great variety of veterinary continuing education and seminars for veterinarians and veterinary technicians. We regularly present an array of topics on the latest technologies, treatments, practices and advances in the field of veterinary medicine. Attending our programs can help meet ongoing continuing education needs, but also it’s a great way to reconnect with colleagues and discuss what concerns you and the veterinary community at large. Please note that complimentary dinner will be served at the monthly continuing education lectures and an RSVP for the event is required. Check our continuing education schedule (see “Conference Schedule” on our website) for upcoming events and lectures. Please note that these lectures are RACE approved and can be used for license renewal for both veterinarians and registered veterinary technicians. We hope you will join us!
Our hospital actively conducts clinical studies that seek to make advances in veterinary medical science that will help patients.
