Tim O’Leary, Staff Veterinarian
Dr. O'Leary graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. His special interests include exotic animal medicine (primarily avian medicine), internal medicine, pain management and stress/anxiety reduction. He is an active member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Association of Avian Veterinarians. Dr. O'Leary's long-term goal involves getting boarded in Avian Practice within the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.
He started his career out in the desert in Albuquerque, NM and is still adjusting to the humidity. His passions involved bird watching, hiking, backpacking, traveling, cooking, board games, and taking care of his house plants. He has been an avid bird watcher for years and has seen over 350+ unique species of birds in the wild.
Dr. O'Leary shares his home with his girlfriend (also a veterinarian), his many plants, his two cats (Bullet and Mew), his two snakes (Rorschach and Millie), a leopard gecko (Zoe), and his Amazon milk frog (Miltank).
