VCA Vaughn Road Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary facility founded in 1988 by the late Dr. George A. Millis. We provide state of the art veterinary surgery, diagnostics, cancer care, orthopedics, and dentistry for cats, dogs and ZooMed companion animals in Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook, Wetumpka, Pike Road, and Lowndes County, Alabama.
Having merged with VCA Carriage Hills Animal Hospital in 2008, Vaughn Road Veterinary Clinic is now able to offer our clients access to VCA Carriage Hills' state-of-the-art facilities and advanced medical technology, as well as a variety of unique extended services. Our doctors offer extraordinary care and customer service. At our affiliate site, we provide our patients with additional services such as neurosurgery and 24 hour critical care. Our staff routinely transports our patients to access these services. Furthermore, VCA Carriage Hills' clientele can continue receiving the finest care for their pets in an intimate and personal setting at VCA Vaughn Road's convenient East Montgomery location. CA Vaughn Road is well known for its deeply compassionate and experienced medical staff. We go above and beyond to provide every patient the highest quality veterinary care.

Through its 32 Pet Food Pantry locations in 18 states, VCA Charities has helped to provide over 2 million pet food meals to pets in need. VCA Charities also provides free veterinary services, medication, and annual funding to over 100 humane societies, animal rescues, animal shelters, and service dog organizations across the country.
VCA Charities recently raised over $565,000 through the Pennies for Pets Program. Donations are always welcome at participating VCA Animal Hospitals or online at vcacharities.org.
