Devan Chirgwin, Veterinarian
Dr. Devan Chirgwin, originally from southern New Hampshire, completed her undergraduate degree in Genetics at the University of New Hampshire in 2015. From here, she moved south to continue her education at North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2019.
Following graduation, she moved back north to be closer to family and regain all four seasons. She worked at a mixed animal clinic in upstate NY, treating anything from cats to 2,000 cow dairy farms. She is excited to be moving to the area and continuing her career by joining the Ballston Spa Veterinary Clinic family! She is especially interested in surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, and ultrasound.
In her spare time, Dr. Chirgwin enjoys hiking with her goofy rescue dog, Tucker, kayaking, binge watching Netflix, and spending quality time with her family, especially her adorable niece!
