Patricia Orlando was born and raised on Long Island. She received her associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Nassau Community College.

Patricia started her career at Veterinary Referral & Emergency center of Westbury in the fall of 2007 and worked in the reception and billing departments. She was promoted to Client Care Representative Supervisor in 2008 and then advanced to the Office Manager position in early 2010 taking over the administration of HR, Benefits and Payroll. She was promoted to Hospital Manager in October of 2010 and continues to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital.

In her spare time Patricia enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and two dogs. She also enjoys reading, gardening and spending time outdoors.
