Here’s where to meet the local groups that we recommend to our pet-loving families.
VCA TLC is proud to be a partner with this wonderful organization. We provide Healthy Pet exams for all of their newly adopted pets as well as services for their foster pets awaiting their new home. Since 2012, Wags and Walks has saved over 1,000 dogs from high kill shelters in and around Los Angeles. In 2014 Wags and Walks plans on saving over 400 dogs. Wags and Walks is different than many other rescues because they do not select dogs based on their size or age or even their breed. Dogs are hand-pick our based on their temperament and their likelihood to thrive when placed in the proper home. Whether you are looking to adopt your first pet and want a new addition to the family, Wags and Walks is the place to go. Visit their adoption events at The Dog Bakery in Venice or at The Grove in Los Angeles.
