Jennifer Gawron, Staff Veterinarian

Dr. Gawron was born and raised in Hamburg, NY. After graduating from Frontier High School in 2006, she attended Medaille College in Buffalo. She was a dual major, completing an Associates degree in Veterinary Technology in 2009 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2010. Dr . Gawron then attended the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph in Guelph, Ontario where she graduated with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2014. Prior to starting at VCA Sheridan Animal Hospitalin July of 2016, Dr. Gawron worked at Abbott Road Animal Hospital in Orchard Park, NY.

Dr. Gawron’s interest in animals started at a young age when she began riding horses in Buffalo, NY. Her current interests in small animal medicine include preventative medicine and senior pet care. She enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking with her Belgian Sheepdog mix Louie and spending time with her rabbit Maxwell.
