VCA Newark Animal Hospital has been serving the dogs and cats of New Castle; Wilmington; Elk Mills; Kent and Sussex counties in Delaware as well as Northern Maryland; Southern Pennsylvania; and Southern New Jersey for over 40 years.
Our mission is to help keep your pets happy and healthy throughout all stages of their lives, and to provide outstanding client service at all times. We understand that your pet is a family member, and our dedicated team of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and veterinary assistants, and client services representatives will work with you to make the best decisions for your furry friend.
Whether it's routine vaccinations, wellness checkups, dental cleanings, or your older pet's needs, we are here to answer all your questions about behavior and help to make a diagnosis if your pet isn't feeling well.

VCA Charities is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that directly helps pets in need. Through its 32 Pet Food Pantry locations in 18 states, VCA Charities has helped to provide over 2 million pet food meals to pets in need. VCA Charities also provides free veterinary services, medication, and annual funding to over 100 humane societies, animal rescues, animal shelters, and service dog organizations across the country.
VCA Charities recently raised over $565,000 through the Pennies for Pets Program. Donations are always welcome at participating VCA Animal Hospitals or online at vcacharities.org.
