Melissa Meredith, Credentialed Veterinary Technician

Mel is a Certified Veterinary Technician that has been working for VCA since August 2000. Mel has been dubbed "the cat whisperer" by her coworkers because of her ability to handle fractious cats. She is also a kitten mom, having raised many kittens and adopted them out over the last few years. Mel currently has 4 cats of her own: Loki (foster failure), Tiger (rescued), Kashka (foster failure) and Derby (definite foster failure). Mel's family adopted a dog, Makenzie, as a puppy from a rescue in 2011. She married her husband Chris in August 2001. Their son, Quentin, was born November 2005.
