The hospital opens at 7:30 am for surgery appointment drop offs Monday through Friday. Appointments for doctor visits are encouraged, but walk ins are also accepted. Our kennel is open until 12pm on Saturday.
In an Emergency, please contact VCA RIVER at 423-698-4612.
When your pet is scheduled for a surgery, you must bring your pet to the hospital between 7:30 and 8:30.
You can reach our boarding facility, Old Mill Pet Inn, at 706-937-9971
Boarding drop off is anytime during normal kennel business hours. If afternoon pick up or drop off is needed for Saturday, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate.
**Old Mill Pet Inn closes at 12:00pm on Saturday
