Dr. Taryn Kashani , Staff Veterinarian
Dr. Taryn Kashani is from a small Missouri town and attended the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating in 2003 she moved to San Diego and has been practicing in the area since then. Dr. Kashani has been a regular relief veterinarian at VCA Adobe since 2017 and is happy to now be an official member of their team.
Dr. Kashani is a small animal general practitioner and her focus is on internal medicine, geriatric medicine and preventative care. She enjoys collaborating with clients to help make the best decisions for their pets. She understands the importance of the human-animal bond and her goal is to provide the highest level of veterinary care in a compassionate manner.
Dr. Kashani lives in Carmel Valley with her husband Allen, their son Jameson, a beagle named Benson, and a cat named Bellie who turned 18 in 2020. She loves going to the beach and going on hikes around San Diego. Dr. Kashani will travel whenever given a chance and has enjoyed time in Mexico, Canada, Italy, Bali, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Croatia, Iceland, Czech Republic, Peru, and Scotland.
