Ambika Vaid, Staff Veterinarian

Dr. Ambika Vaid joined our team in May 2020. She is a graduate of Midwestern University. She is a local girl, having grown up in Milpitas. Dr. Vaid was drawn to veterinary medicine by her love of animals. She enjoys being able to develop relationships with her clients, and especially their unique stories involving their pets. Dr. Vaid has a special interest in shelter medicine, and hopes to incorporate non-profit work into her career.

In her spare time, Dr. Vaid enjoys drawing and painting. She shares her home with a 3-year-old Miniature Schnauzer named Xena, and a 11-year-old Labradoodle named Boomer.
