Bridgette Garcia, Hospital Operations Co-Director

Hello everyone! My name is Bridgette and I'm originally from Mansfield, Texas but I currently reside in Melissa. I graduated from Mansfield High School and went on to receive my Veterinary Assistant Certification from the University of Texas at Arlington after two years at TCC.

My love for animals started at a very young age. I would take home any and every animal that needed "saving," which is exactly how I end up with most of my pets. After working as a technician at a sister hospital for three years, I found my way to Lakewood and then to Preston Park, so I have been with VCA for almost 13 years! I don't think I've ever had another job that I loved so much and found so absolutely rewarding.

When I'm not working, I like to spend my time with all of my babies. I have a beautiful and talented nine year old daughter and then I have Frankie the rescue pit, Quinn the rescue mutt, Leto the kitten, and Flash & Zoom, the baby sulcata tortoises.
