Sara Lindell, Hospital Manager

Sara is a Wilmington native who grew up with a love of animals and the outdoors. When she was younger, she spent the majority of summers outside exploring or with her grandfather raising show rabbits. She also has raised over 10 puppies for Canine Partners for Life, a service dog provider located in PA, the last of which (Spirit) is pictured.  After graduating from University of Delaware with an Animal Science degree, Sara put her passion and skills to use as a veterinary assistant and later Practice Manager for a local veterinary practice for the next 10 years. She is a strong advocate for fear free handling along with behavioral training and education for clients. In her free time, Sara enjoys hiking and trail running with her Blue Heeler, Thea,  reading with her cat, Nathaniel, and can't pass up a good travel adventure with her husband, Evan.
