Andrea Niese, Staff Veterinarian

Hello! My name is Dr. Andrea Niese. I grew up in neighboring Putnam County in the town of Fort Jennings. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Findlay in 2004 and my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University in 2008. I have been practicing small animal medicine in the surrounding area since graduation and transitioned to VCA Findlay Animal Care Center in July 2020. I live in nearby Ottawa, Ohio with my husband, Craig, our children and our Boston Terrier, Watson. We like to hobby farm where we raise a handful of Dexter cattle, some chickens, hogs and even a couple bee hives. I also enjoy camping with my family, reading, attempting Pinterest craft projects and baking. I look forward to meeting you and caring for your furry family members.
