What is VCA CareClub Rewards?

VCA CareClub Rewards is a reward program exclusively for VCA CareClub members. When members purchase qualified products, they can earn special manufacturer rebates which accrue as reward points. At 2,000 points, a member receives a $20 VCA Prepaid MasterCard. This card can be used exclusively to purchase products and services at VCA Animal Hospitals.

Who can participate in VCA CareClub Rewards?

Any active VCA CareClub member with a valid email address on file with VCA is automatically enrolled in VCA CareClub Rewards and eligible to receive rebates on qualified purchases of eligible products.

If you are a VCA CareClub member and don’t have an active email address on file with us, please provide one by calling your VCA Animal Hospital today.

Where can I use my VCA Prepaid MasterCard?

VCA Prepaid Cards can only be used to purchase products and services at any VCA Animal Hospital in the United States.

Do VCA CareClub Rewards Points expire?

Yes. VCA CareClub reward points expire 24 months after the date they are received in your account.
